In present-day Taipei, high school girl Ran becomes friends with a ghost CHEN, who lingers in the school’s rooftop garden. When Chen’s ghost suddenly disappears, Ran makes a wish to see him again under the full moon and travels twenty years into the past to search for a way to reverse Chen’s grim fate–all while inhabiting Chen's classmate JIN’S dead body. 

 

Things grow all the stranger when Ran and Chen become trapped on that same day Chen and Jin died. As Jin’s physical body deteriorates, Ran must solve the mystery of their deaths to end the time loop. Yet, a looming question remains: does Chen have to die for Ran to live?
