Synopsis
Two young men, Jin-yu and Wei-wei, both face life and death decision. Staying in bed for 7 years, Jin-yu struggles with the meaning of stay alive yet quadriplegia; Wei-wei, however, is hesitating whether to pull the plug on his bedridden mother. Should Wei-wei let go of the woman who've never given up on him?

Maso CHEN
Maso Chen is a filmmaker specializing in documentary making and cinematography. In 2008, he founded The Classic Vision Co., Ltd. with director Wu Tai-jen and released its debut film titled LET'S FALL IN LOVE. He also won Best International Potential Prize at the CNEX Documentary Festival for the film THE SILENT TEACHER, Chen's feature documentary debut in 2017.
Director's Statement
I make documentary because I think imagery and story can be told with documentary. I believe image has the greatest power to change the world. Focusing on filmmaking now, I hope documentary can serve as a medium for conversation between the artist and the society and I wish I can create more works which bring positive meanings to the general publics.
